FIRST SHABURI AND KINTAN ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT DINING CONCEPTS OPENINING IN SINGAPORE AT JEM opened in August 2016 at JEM.

SHABURI – The “Personal” All-You-Can-Eat Shabu-Shabu Experience
Shabu Shabu is a Japanese cooking style where diners cook thin slices of meat quickly in boiling broth in a large pot and dip them in a sauce.
At Shaburi each guest gets their own little personal hotpot for Shabu-Shabu and can opt to order an a la carte meat plate set menu (from $12.80, only weekday lunch) or go for our well-priced Buffet Courses.

In addition to the quality meat that is brought to your table by our servers, a tempting array of Japanese side dishes, such as sushi rolls, tempura, chawanmushi, chicken karaage and gyu-don, fresh vegetables, kept in tip-top condition with a mist machine imported from Japan, are also available at the buffet display counter for our guests’ dining pleasure.

KINTAN – PREMIUM JAPANESE BBQ EXPERIENCE AT EXCEPTIONAL VALUE
Yakiniku is one of the most popular cooking styles in Japan.
The best part of yakiniku is grilling the meat yourself and cooking each choice cut of meat just the way you like it. At Kintan Buffet (Kintan means golden tongue, 金舌, in Japanese) we offer a premium Japanese BBQ experience in a classy environment and at good value. In Japan, yakiniku restaurants are judged on meat quality and the sauce called “tare”.
At Kintan Buffet, only specially selected meats and premium beef from US and Australia are used for our yakiniku (our meat experts have opened over 1,000 meat restaurants in Japan, so they know their meats well).
The meat that is brought to your table by our servers, and over 40 yummy side dishes, vegetables and varieties of sauces are available at the buffet display counter.
Buffet prices from $22.80 and a la carte Meat Plate set from $12.80 for lunch. Dinner Buffet starts from $28.80.
And after you grill your meat to perfection on our specially imported smokeless roaster, dip them in our original “tare” or sauces: original, spicy miso and garlic.
